[Degree_team] Exemplification

Brother Team Members,

A big thank you to all members who were able to participate in last evening’s Exemplification.  We now have two new Third Degree Knights: Bill Hitchings and Jeremy Furlong.  Brother Hutchings is the newest member, and Justin Trassare’s father-in-law.  Brother Furlong became a Knight several years ago, prior to the changes, and now has completed his 2nd and 3rd degrees.

Last evening was successful in that, even though there were several team members who were unable to attend, newer team members stepped in and covered parts, Brother Matt Waverly even covering two parts.  Brother Justin Trassarre also stepped in to cover a part.  Neither Fr. Colin nor Deacon Jaimie were unable to participate, so Deacon Ray Moreno stepped up to cover the Chaplain’s part.  Thank you Deacon Ray.

This experience had some very positive outcomes.  We now have backup members who can step in when the regulars are unable to participate.  Our new Grand Knight, Justin Machovec, even covered the Warden’s part besides his own.
