[Degree_team] Exemplification

Brothers,

On Tuesday, October 8th, the Council will hold an Exemplification ceremony following the 6:00pm mass.  Please arrive at about 5:45 pm to make sure all parts are covered.  Brother Tim, will you please make sure our supplies are ready: exemplification packets that have a rosary, K of C pin, etc.  Work with Brother Jacob to makes sure he knows where all is kept.  Worthy GK Matt, please contact our Field Rep to see if he is available.

Immediately following mass, we will begin the ceremony.  I will check on Deacon Ray to see if he is available to cover the Chaplain’s part.

This will be the first time we’ve done this before a regular meeting.  Doing it this way gives us a chance to have the new member be part of the meeting.

I’m not sure how the dinner will fit into all of this.  Perhaps Brother Phil, you can coordinate that and let us know as there will not be enough time after the exemplification for us to have time to eat before the meeting begins.
