Worthy Officers:

ALLERT!

We inadvertently made an egregious error at last night's meeting.  Our
vote to expend $1000 to the Parish Center's Capital Campaign was in error.
 The motion and its second need to be published and then voted on at a
subsequent meeting, that meeting to take place in May.

Therefore, no action can be taken at this time other than to alert the
Parish that the Council is moving toward that particular action.  That
notice can be only verbal at this time.  NO WRITTEN NOTICE MAY BE MADE
UNTIL AFTER THE MAY MEETING.

I apologize for missing that most important point.
