Worthy Grand Knight Dennis,



In attending 2 Council meetings so far this month, each Council
has put into consideration a vote in April in the form of a cash 
advance of $600 for their delegates that they are sending to the State

Convention in May.  They did this this month since it

is over $500 and need to be published in their Newsletters

before a vote.  



I am requesting the same as your delegate.  Of course I

will bring back receipts and any un-used funds.
