[Officers] August agenda

Gentlemen and brothers,

Attached is the Protocol for the August 9 business meeting.  I try to get
this out sooner than the day before next month.  Maybe it will work better
when we start to have the Officers meeting the week before the business
meeting.  Remember we are planning to meet the week before, starting in
Sept; right.  If you do not get the attachment please let me know and I'll
email to your personal address this evening.
