[Officers] Tootsie roll drive

Brother Officers,

Last year we bought 20 cases of tootsie rolls for the drive on our own at
a cost of $390.  I told DD David Rich this year we need 15 cases but after
consideration I think we need to order 20 cases again.  Please tell me
what you think we only have three cases left over from last year.  I
believe we need to order 20 cases.
