[Officers] Stat of the order and Safe Environment

Brothers,

 

I was just in council with another brother and have decided we need to have
an emergency officer's meeting prior to our February one to get the
information out there to correct a lot of the misinformation I think has
been spread about this Safe Environment thing, and to allow you to voice
your opinions and concerns.  I also want to extend this invitation to our
members who are involved in helping out at our events, and those I know who
are involved in the parish ministries.  

 

Tentatively, and unless I hear differently, I would like to meet:

 

Date:     Wednesday, January 25, 2017

 

Time:     5:30 P.M.

 

Place:    My house 230 Golden Hills Dr., Sutter Creek

 

Please RSVP by January 20, 2017 if you are or aren't able to attend so I
have an idea of who is coming; ok?
