I paid Steve and Tracy for clean-up after the last dinner, and I believe Brother Tim wrote me a check.

Brother Knights,

I have included the income/expense/profit table for the 2017 and 2018 Tri-tip Dinners.  Please note the 2017 had a $200 expense for cleanup but I don’t yet have a record of cleanup expense for 2018 if there was one.  See you Tuesday!
