[Officers] Updated Process for Form 100's

Brothers, as you have heard we now have an online form available to submit Form 100’s that is on accessible to the Grand Knight and Financial Secretary. This is the recommended process:

= Manual Form 100’s should be used just like we have always done, both for new members and transfers. But we need to make sure they have both an email address, mailing address, birthdate and cell phone. (If not then they cannot be processed online and will they will be done the old way)
- I will process them as soon as I receive them and Supreme committed to process them within two days of entry online.
- Feel free to send me a picture of the form once it is done and then give me the form in the future.
- The Grand Knight should sign all Form 100’s before I process them.
