[Officers] 1849 Roster and unpaid dues

Worthy FS,

  Since we have received notice from Michael Melligan, Lance Outland and Dennis Shortino, we can remove them. 

As of the others, I have no further input as I have received no return communication. 

How many does that leave us with unpaid dues?

Can we send the remaining unpaid brothers a letter that we have removed them from membership?
