[Officers] 1849 Roster and unpaid dues

Officers, following is the list of the 22 Knights who have not paid. I have also listed for each a proposed action and some history.

Action items:

1. I will do what is needed to remove the ones indicated Remove.
2. I will draft a strongly worded letter indicating that we have not heard from you in multiple attempts and if you do not reply we will remove them from our roster. Will send via both postal and email. I will update all of you 

Please provide any additional input of the Knights and if you want to take personal action on any.
