[Officers] New member

Worthy Officers,

Since we did not have a meeting, and prospective member William Hutchings has not yet been voted in for membership, we obviously cannot have an exemplification until next month.  Hopefully we can have a meeting, vote affirmative for membership, and then have the exemplification the following week.

We will be our of town until sometime next week,  However, I still will be able to receive email.
