[Officers] drinks at our upcoming dinner

Brothers,
Is the men's club going to do the bar at the tri-tip dinner? If not, are we
going to do a bar? I was told about the requirement to have a registered
bar server in order to get the day license from the ABC. I attached a
document available on the ABC website....maybe needs to be addressed soon?
