[Officers] Preliminary Fall Dinner Report

Brothers,

Here's the report for the Tri TIp Dinner. I do not know the numbers from
sales on the Square, I will add that when Brother Tim sends me that
information. There is also some additional ticket sales money,
approximately $125 that I will add in when I get it. Ticket income
indicates that we sold about 80 tickets but only served 66 dinners. I think
that I bought everything for the dinner so the listed expenses are from my
records. If you had a dinner related expense, let me know so I can deduct
it from the net income.

Tickets collected at the Dinner: 51 Dine in, 15 Take out.
