I have reached out to Simply Bubbles for hosting our March 28th family potluck. We can bring our own food. There is a $50 fee. They would expect us to buy beverages from them. No one under 21 allowed.

I’m inclined to give it a try. I would like to invite Amador’s Operation Care to present to us. We can discuss this at Wednesday’s Officers meeting.

There would be a nonrefundable venue fee of $50. We do not serve any food , just snacks. You can bring in all of the food you would like.

Thanks for getting back with me. I was thinking we could still do our potluck at Simply Bubbles. I was at a Christmas party in 2021 where we were able to that. My understanding is that you don’t serve food.

I’m with the Knights of Columbus, a Catholic mens fraternal organization. We have an family potluck planned for Tuesday, March 28th. I was thinking your spot would be great for us.
