Any thoughts on the email below? Amy said the room is scheduled that night. We can ask if it would be possible to move the currently scheduled pastoral council meeting so we could use that room or ask if we can use St Patrick’s.

Unfortunately, it is not. The Pastoral Council meeting is that night in the St. Teresa room. I can leave a note for Fr. C if you’d like me to see if they can move their meeting to a different room. Just let me know.

 Hi Amy,

The regularly scheduled February Knights of Columbus Business meeting is on 14th, Valentines Day. We would like to change the meeting date to Tuesday February 7th. Is the St Teresa room available that night for our meeting. It would be 5-8 PM.
