Subject: Calendaring Meeting for May


Hi Folks,

This is about four months away but I want to make sure this is on your calendar.

We will have our annual Calendaring Meeting on Tuesday May 16 at 10am in the Joan of Arc Room. I encourage you to send a representative of your ministry/group as you are able or is needed.

I also encourage you to meet with your leadership so that you have dates to provide, even if they are tentative, for the calendaring meeting. Each of your ministry/institute/organization are part of the parish so while you may have had your own time frame in the past to plan events for this coming year, I ask that you have some kind of calendar with dates by the time of this meeting.

If you are unable to attend, you can certainly send those preferred dates with event titles to Erica at the Parish Office and they'll be brought up as we review each month of our parish calendar for 2023-24.
