[Officers] Knights Planning Meeting Agenda 8/7

I am out of town this week and will miss the planning meeting scheduled for Wednesday. Unless things have changed. The meeting will be at St Patrick Hall at 6 PM. I will make the business me on Tuesday next week.  The agenda is as follows:

1)Will we have exemplifications in August? If so, When? I don’t think we are ready for Tuesday next week.

2) installation Mass, August 18th. Phil to plan. Main meal? Is that GK? I can handle, just let me know.

3) parish picnic is on August 25th. We will supply meat and condiments, including cheese, lettuce, tomato, etc. Plan for 300. Need to find kitchen crew. Kirstin Lawrence is the parish contact.  

4) We need to get flyer and tickets together for Tri Tip dinner scheduled for 9/28. Can you help Nick?
5) any others items I have forgotten.

I need a volunteer to have this printed for the meeting. Phil does not have a printer.
