Hi Matt,

I?m emailing you in your role as the Ministry Lead for Knights of Columbus.

We?re happy to announce that this year?s Ministry Fair will take place after all the Masses on the weekend of September 13 & 14. To create a welcoming and festive atmosphere, we?ll be offering wine and cheese following the Saturday Vigil Mass, and donuts and coffee after the 8:00 AM and 10:00 AM Masses on Sunday.

The Fair will be held in the social hall, with rectangular tables set up along the windows. Each table will be shared by two ministries. The parish office will provide a stand-up sign and a clipboard with an interest sheet for each group.

We kindly ask that you bring a few touches to make your space visually inviting. Consider adding flowers or balloons, a colored tablecloth, and a half-page handout describing your ministry. Most importantly, please have one or two representatives available to engage with parishioners and answer any questions.

This year, 28 ministries will be represented, and we encourage everyone to focus not just on ?signing people up,? but on truly connecting with individuals. A warm, personal invitation and genuine conversation will go a long way in helping others feel welcome and open to getting involved.
