[Officers] FW: Wheelchair Mission

Mark, to clarify, this is separate from The Wheelchair Foundation included
annually in our budget for $150 - correct?  Even so, we have $350 budgeted
in account #607.3 to cover this.   We are ahead of this period last year in
terms of cash on hand and with another car show in this CY we should close
out this year in good shape. I say we do this.
